Ok, so for my first recipe I have chosen to share a "Chili-Rubbed Tilapia with Asparagus." I found this recipe on the Food Network page!
Ingredients: Asparagus, 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 pound Tilapia, 2 Tablespoons oil, 3 Tablespoons lemon.
Cook Asparagus like normal
Combine chili powder, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt on a plate. Completely coat the fish with chili powder mix, and then cook in pan. Flip fish occasionally cooking for about 5-7 minutes. Then put fish on plates, and quickly add asparagus to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
